If any one status bar has a "Cancel" button, they all do (even if not cancel-able)

As in above picture. As soon as the Shoulder Charge bar disappears, the SPACE CANCEL button above the Unstoppable status bar also disappears. For what it's worth, pressing the Space bar during this will cancel the Shoulder Charge, but not the Unstoppable.
