If an entire team is dead, the enemy pausing doesn't let you unpause

After a team wipe, you aren't allowed to unpause the game if the enemy team pauses, no feedback or anything. No telling us how long to unpause. Had a game held hostage for 5 minutes waiting for them to unpause while we were all dead.
