I think this feature has issues. It does work as intended but its kinda creepy.
Y'all have no business knowing if I am at my computer or not.
Please limit it to only knowing if I am active inside the game or not.

It already works this way.

No it doesn't. When the game is minimized but the computer is actively used it will not show up for however long the queue takes.
When the computer is not actively used it will light up after like 5 minutes.

If you're saying that the message goes away or never appears during usage of your computer even when the application isn't in the foreground, then I would say it's still achieving its purpose. If no activity is detected then it should be assumed the user is no longer present or otherwise distracted, so a notification appears instructing them to perform an action as a humanity check. There is nothing sinister about this mechanism.
