Ideas to get people back into the game and to make the game better.

Bring back the skill rating, not the wins! Bring back the normal mode! If I don't want to play for the rating, why should I play with bots? Add a new character (or two) to the general game. They've been hanging there for a month already =) Add a stage of picks and bans of heroes, and not all this. People only play the same heroes. In every game there will be HAZE, Ifernus and WardenAfter your last update, packets from the servers started to get lost, constantly! This is not a problem for many, but I have met people with this problem (These packets are lost only in your game, and nowhere else) This is exactly why you lose online, because you make the wrong decisions. Although if you want a dead game, then go ahead. Go for it

You hear that, Deadlock team? This invite-only game is so dead guys... our friend Tr1st@H clearly has studied game development for years and knows exactly what they're talking about. It's time to listen to what they're saying.

There was rating in unranked anyway, its just weird to have "nonranked" and "ranked" when both systems are exactly the same except now your playerbase is split in two.

Artifacts playerbase fell and never recovered. Just because it's valve doesn't mean it's going to succeed.

I think adding a pick draft will help, at least at the higher levels, for player retention

in artifact you needed to buy the cards to be able to play, just that alone creates enough of a difference for that comparison to not be accurate.

Literally said nothing about it being from Valve. It's a good game, that's what counts. And it's currently in testing phase, so pretending like this is somehow its downfall is beyond delusional.

rating is still in the game.

and i don't think they care about the game being """""dead""""" since it is not even officially release or announced yet.
Did you even read what I wrote? I meant RATING WHICH DEPENDS ON HOW YOU PERFORMED IN THE GAME, NOT ON WINS/LOSSES.

What do you want to say? The game's online drops EVERY DAY, what is this connected with? And don't call me "friend", I don't want to have anything in common with a person who has a furry on his avatar

There is a big difference. In unrated, I can calmly play for fun, test a new build that may not work. I can't do that in rated.

Of course, it will be something new, and will give a chance to play on unpopular heroes. Here many are crying that the game has not been released yet, here you need to look for bugs. But how to look for bugs on those heroes that are almost not played. And so yes, if they do not listen to the community, then there will be a second Artifact

Well, the comparison here is that Volvo thought they were cool and did what they wanted, not what the players wanted. The result is natural ;)

They also said the same about the artifact. From every corner came: "Hartstone killer". In the end, where this "killer" is, everyone knows. The game is not bad (Deadlock), I would not spend 800 hours just like that, but now I don't want to play it anymore. I mean, Volvo should listen and do what the PLAYERS want, and not what they need. Are they making a game for themselves?

Cheaters and leavers are ruining the gameplay. Cheaters at first. I stuck in archainst in almost 300 games played when I won 3 games then the 4th with cheater or leaver, so i go back. It is very discouraging and I think many players feel the same

As someone who studies game design, I'm gonna tell you this: you don't understand the time it takes to make a game and perfect it. So yes, the team will give you what they need to add to the game based on their own vision of it, not what you are demanding. Catering to your whining will only make other people complain for xyz reasons. There's no winning. You aren't the ensemble of the playerbase. So yes, they will focus on what they've studied and know to do for the game.

Do you have furry brain syndrome? People write to them that they have a BUG FOR 2 MONTHS, that when you die and press some skill, then after death it is used again, at the base when you are reborn. (It's cool when this happens with Dynamo's ult) It's hard to fix, he understands game production, of course. They just don't care about anyone, that's all. They consider themselves "rockstars".

That's a really cool fanfic you got there. Do you have a name for those characters who call themselves rockstars? I've always loved when people tell me about their delusion and make full stories with vibrant worldbuilding for them.

TL;DR wahhh wahhh wahhh...
