I was banned for leaving a game that had ended

I was playing a game as holiday, i lost and went to exit the game, the game was still going and wouldn't let me leave without a penalty, now i'm banned from playing for leaving a game that had already ended. here is a screenshot from the completed game.

i am constantly getting banned for leaving completed games, this is getting ridiculous, how is there almost nothing about this online, i have no idea how to resolve this i just want to play the game, i am getting banned for 6 HOURS.

any admin or dev please tell me how to fix this.
