1. Entry ramp for doorway
It is very often impossible to get into the doorway quickly on ladders. Also, sometimes, because of the rush, you often place doorway just above the floor level. Because of this, the value of the it decreases.

2. Solution for explode "Call Bell" (especially when it behind the player/NPC model.)
In my experience, using this ability is quite difficult, a small buff in the form of a remote explosion without a shot does not hurt.

3. "Pull enemy to the ground" ability for "Hotel Guest"
This feature will provide a slightly clearer and more obvious position of the opponent on whom the "Hotel Guest" is being used. Given that fights often take place above ground level in the game, this will slightly strengthen "Hotel Guest" in the late game.

Interesting suggestions.

However, I don't entirely agree with 1 and 3. There have been cases where I wished that his ultimate would bring the user to the ground and I guess a ramp so I can cart them into the door but I think its balanced without it. I also think that magically introducing a ramp may cause more pathing issues but not sure.

2 seems good, but I was thinking more of fast-melee where the doorman is able to magically activate the bell at any distance if aiming at it and performing a melee towards it. Similarly to how Holliday is able to melee at barrels. Although I do like your idea too but it could be an alt-cast.
Alt-melee button if thats even possible :ROFLMAO:

However, these changes are quite strong for the hero and it could be imbalanced? Currently the hero feels like he is in a good spot.
