I need help with resetting my rank

I have played 15 games on my account, of which 5 were last year and now my Oracle rating is 1. I can do absolutely nothing to the players on this rating, it is very unpleasant both for me and for my allies. Is there any possibility to play without a rating or try to reset it?

Today I launched the game and saw my rank change to Seeker 6. I don't know if this post helped or if it was just some kind of bug and I just needed to play more matches. In any case, now I can play a little better) Thank you everyone, have a nice day!

If you have any problems with you rank again, try to play you best heros (green arrows) so even if you lose, because they are you best hero, you derank faster than just playing new hero or casual ones. You will lose -2 or -3 points on good heros but only -1 on bad ones...

Ha, interesting. Maybe I just lost 6 or 7 games in a row and dropped to my current rating. Thanks for the advice.
