I cant update the game

I can't update the game, writes the update is temporarily not possible, restarted the PC and changed the download region to Seattle - it didn't help

Had the same issue, restarted Steam and PC, switched DL servers, nothing seemed to help. Now it randomly works again. Magic!

Не знаю пробовал ли ты, но попробуй проверить целостность файлов

Проверь целостность файлов, если не поможет, то просто переустанови игру
