Although not every character would receive (or probably doesn't really need one), potential new alt fires for the existing cast can add some extra spice to the kits. I don't play every character or anything like that, so I'd like this to be a community brainstorm.
Lash -
1. Inspired by Shiv's shotgun blast alt fire, something to do with his SMG glove would be great and would enhance the boxer theme Lash has (but isn't really in his kit atm). In particular, this could be something like a right hook that releases a bullet blast on impact.
2. A dempsey roll (famous boxing move) that would be approx. half the range of a dash for melee animation cancelling and slightly better grounded juking.
Gray Talon -
A new alt fire that actually takes advantage of the Bow would be sweet. Perhaps something like an explosive AOE arrow (think yamato) with an arced range - this would cost 5 or so ammo.
Infernus -
Charges up a fireball that lobs to the ground. Area denial move, standing in it procs his ignite.
Ivy -
Lashes out the vines on her arms to whip people, could work like light melee with an extended hitbox.
Lady Geist -
Raises Oathbreaker overhead to raise a sort of shield, would enhance her tanking capabilities and approach for ults.
Mcginnis -
Seen this in other threads, but I think it'd be cool if she could rev up her minigun like the Heavy from TF2, revs up the reticule for faster DPS.
Mo -
Give Mo a big displacing shove so he can play the role of a disrupting/peel tank/bodyguard a bit better.
That's about all I got, and I won't pretend these would be balanced, this is just for fun
