The Titan is a big statue-like character, and is an opposite of Rem.

Titan is big and cannot go through small entrances, unless crouching (he cannot slide). This makes him naturally oppressive in direct encounter, but he's very easy to flee from using doorways and other small spaces.

His strength is not in chase, but simply his oppressive nature, as he guards an area or slowly comes down the walker.

His footsteps make a very recognizable thumps and can be heard from a greater than usual distance.
Headshots don't do much to him, instead he has an exposed core on his chest. (This core is also story-wise an explanation for his participation in the ritual).

Now because he's unusually big and his weak point is lower than his head, he can hide behind objects to hide the core, that normal heroes would use to hide their heads.

Abilities:
1 - Throw a boulder - Get a boulder from the ground and throw it, anyone unfortunate to be hit by the boulder will get stunned for a longer duration. (Somewhat similar ability to the Left 4 Dead Tank)

3 - Passive: Normal drops from higher ground will Slow enemies in an small area around him, but don't do much damage. (The primary purpose is a CC without a cooldown, that he can use ocassionaly when for example coming back to lane on a zipline to defend a guardian).
Stamina down-dash can be used to position himself better and surprise enemies.

Active: Smash to the ground that knocks up / slows enemies in larger AoE around him (as opposed to in front of him as with Lash), this is what he can do when he's already on the ground and someone is attempting to circle around him.

3 - To account for his large hitbox, he passively gets a large amount of resistances.

I have several ideas, one of them could be an ult.

Wolf guard - His ally that helps him do tasks such as melee-ing creeps, retrieving buffs from small spaces or simply harassing enemies, that would otherwise just hide behind corners. Deals Spirit Damage. Will retreat when attacked.

Quicksand / Earthquake rift - An effect that is summoned in a specific area, anyone standing in it for too long will get dragged inside and executed.

Roots - An AoE attack that traps enemies in a large area making them unable to move.
