Huge lag when firing McGinnis ult

It does not happen all the time but it happens frequently, and I think it mainly happens when you hit some or multiple opponents (Not sure if specific opponents with specific items)
I will reply with match id and hopefully timestamp when it happens again.

pc specs are 7800x3D, RTX 3090, 32GB RAM
