I got the game from a friend. Every time I play I freeze and disconnect. I have had multiple bans for my game not working and I cannot find anywhere how to fix it. I have a day ban right now when the game told me I could leave. Can I appeal and the ban? If I can can I somehow fix deadlock and get it working? I have tried almost everything and have spent 3 hours trying. My network and internet are fine. Also the game shows deadlock network unavailable for no reason when the servers are up. I don't know if that is helpful but I just want this to be fixed.
