Game Freezing

I have been having a pretty frequent occurrence of my game freezing and staying so with no option to fix it. My Wi-Fi is perfectly fine (I run abt 20ms) and I don't think I have any issues with my pc. I have been banned twice now, currently waiting on my 30-minute ban to end. I need this to get fixed asap cuz at this rate I won't be able to play for a while.

Mini freezes ingame. for like 1-2 sec. Just now it happend 3 times in a row. WE push walker. big fight. Fighting shooting Killing, Uganda kung fu. FREEZ. I am low HP so I slide back for some cover and reaload. FREEZ!!! When it unfreezes I have finished the slide and realoaded. Back to the fight! Beebop hooks vindicta! FREEZ. this is from last patch. And happens when server goes to high usage.
