Constant Freezing and Crashing

I've been playing since around August, I had issues with freezing here and there, as well as the occasional Disconnect, though that was rare. But as of this last week EVERY game I have connection issues, game freezes for a minute and then I either crash or have to manually disconnect to refresh it and keep playing. It's so frustrating and making the game near impossible to play, especially in ranked. I don't think it's my internet, I'm connected wireless and have fairly good internet. I'm thinking it might be server issue? There's often a red dot in the bottom right.

It's been 3.5 months since you posted this but I am also having this issue. I saw an old thread mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling. I am trying that. This has become unplayable even in bots-only matches.

Did you ever find a solution?

i was having similar issue but it simply stopped. i think its related to your current game graphic or something like that.

I've had this issue, plus other network issues on and off since this post. It hasn't fully gone away, but what has helped mitigate it a lot for me is switching from wifi to using an ethernet cable. Doesn't completely get rid of the network issues that i have with this game, but it makes things much more stable that the times i have network issues the game doesn't become a stuttery mess.

I'm connected with a line and we are on fiber internet which is running at consistently awesome speeds. No other game I play stutters and boots me like this. I sure wish devs would at least move bot matches client side so we can enjoy the game without the disconnects from their servers.

Then i guess i don't have any advice i can offer that would help. Its an issue with the game and valve that they'll have to fix. Slightly before ranked was introduced i never had these issues. Then i had them for a few weeks straight, then it was occasionally during high traffic times, now after plugging in the cable, its become rare. But this is the only game that ever gave me this kind of trouble. Every other multiplayer game I've played I've never had these kinds of issues.

I've also been having a course & choppy gameplay experience but my laptop's too small for the monitor so idk - Give me mapquests [lategame's flat]
