This happened in match ID: 52950696, during the start of round 4. I started a custom match in street brawl to attempt replicating the results for a video. It's much more difficult to do it if the enhanced item is placed on the left or right, but it can be done on the top/center item.
Please keep in mind the framerate of the video will limit the appearance of the flashing, it happens much more rapidly ingame. I even tried turning on the game's vsync to see if that would change anything.
