Hovering on selected build guide in game no longer shows text description

I'm fairly certain that hovering on your selected build guide (without opening the drop down) while in game used to show the text of the guide. It no longer does this. Instead, you have to open the dropdown and THEN hover on the build name. I think it's a regression as of today (roughly around when Yoshi announced that matchmaking queue times should be slightly better in discord).

That's super weird, it's definitely working for you, and it's definitely broken for me.

Nothing happens when I hover over the label like you are (and it's what used to work).

I use 2560x1440 (280 hz) Borderless Window.

The text popup shows correctly when I open the dropdown and hover:

It seems that the build description doesn't work only in your permission. Very interesting. If I see this bug, I will definitely attach this thread there, thank you for your interest.

Update​

After I went to this thread, I realized that with an incorrect screen resolution, the hp bar also disappears. Added the screen resolution from another thread to the table
