Can't edit builds on one character after creating & resizing item boxes in build

I was working on a new Wraith build and creating a couple of new categories at once. After I got the build into this state, I was suddenly no longer able to make any changes to it. The 'Edit' button, 'Build Browser' button, and build dropdown became completely unresponsive, and the scroll bar stopped responding as well. I can still buy the items that are already in the build by clicking on them just fine, but that appears to be the only thing I can do. On other characters, e.g. Infernus, I am still able to use these buttons (and the rest of the UI) just fine.

A bit more information that might help with reproducing:

I had created and edited the first four categories without any problems. I then created and resized categories 5 and 6 to all fit at least two lines of items, and to all fit horizontally together. Then, went into the Weapon tab, filled category 5 with items, and returned to the build screen. I resized the category to fit the items, pushing category 6 onto the next 'line'. I then tried to resize category 6, at which point I noticed that I couldn't, and that I also couldn't move the focus away from category 5 in general. I tried exiting the build, but couldn't re-enter it. I saw that there was an update available, so I restarted and applied it. The screenshots were taken after restarting and trying to use the UI on a few different characters.

After creating category 10, I can no longer edit my build, or go into the build browser to switch it. The scroll bar also does not work. This only applies to the character the build is on.

I encountered the same issue, restarting did not fix it but right clicking (or left clicking I couldn't reproduce) around the build browser button finally brought that menu up again, I deleted the build that caused the issue and after using the shop again the game crashed.

Build editor and shop seem to work again after restart.

I think I found a solution, if you left-click and right-click on 'edit' at the same time, you can edit the build. And you need to do all the interactions with left and right click at the same time
