Hollow point feels like a very overstat-ed item RN, and its flat damage increase at a very generous condition makes me think it should have some kind of penalty for buying it. it reminds me for glass cannon in the way they both increase your DPS by a lot but encourage a safer playstyle due to both of their conditions. I though maybe making them components of each other would be cool
