More items need to be like Glass Cannon and Cursed Relic

Not necessarily an item idea, more a suggestion for current and future T4 items.

Glass Cannon and Cursed Relic both have a debuff tied to them that more or less balances out the item. While we can argue all day on whether or not these values need to be tuned in order to actually be a trade-off, the fact is that attributes like that help keep items in line that, without them, would be very OP.

As of now, I cannot really think of any item in particular that might need this implemented, but if Valve were to unnerf or buff some T4 greens, having a trade-off like increased ability cooldowns (as in they take longer) or reduced move speed would be a good start in my opinion.

Curious to know if there are any items you all think need trade-offs, and if so, what would you change?
