holliday scalings bug

I dont know if it was forgotten in patch notes or was misinput, but holliday scalings start at .3 and end at .7. I forgot the previous starting scaling, but I remember very clearly holliday having a 1.4 scaling once the jump pad t2 came into effect. might be worth looking at

Yess, I remember this too, thank you for noticing this. Hope this will get fixed soon. No wonder her damage is a little bit off after the last update
