Holliday Powder Keg arm time can be bypassed by meleeing it into the ground

I swear it was intended, but the tooltip doesn't actually specify that melee skips the arm time.

People have been doing this since her early Hero Labs days, though.

genuinely not a bug lol. i get that when she launched with the ability to stunlock people with barrels that sucked but she's now in the bottom third of the roster at best. any demand that she gets more taken from her is 100% skill issue

Defending bugs because the character they impact isn't meta has got to be the single worst take I've ever seen here.

its not a bug its a core mechanic lol. she's been in the game for like a full year and she's always been able to do this. she could do it in hero labs, and she can do it now. its the first thing everyone that plays her learns. she's supposed to be able to do it

She was first added to hero labs 4 months ago when the mode was introduced.

To any reasonable person, if an ability says it will do a thing and then in one specific case does not do that thing it is a bug. It does not matter how long its been that way, whether its been in since day 1 or its 1 day old. Abrams has has bugs with his charge since day one that are still not fixed, by that logic they are also intended and he should remain totally inconsistent in how he works because he was introduced that way.

If something doesn't perform the way the game tells you it will perform, it is a bug, either in that its unintended or that the game is not communicating to the player that it is intended.

she was physically in the game and spawnable in training mode long before that. she had a totally different ult at that point, too. she went through multiple major changes without that aspect changing whatsoever. arguing that it should be stated in the ability description is reasonable but treating it like a bug isn't. there is a zero percent chance valve hasn't known she can do this for months and months now.
