Shiv should be stunned by jump pad and hit by lasso in this clip, but neither affect is applied. Note that debuff remover is also used to remove Phantom Strike, but this shouldn't be possible as the jump pad and lasso stuns should have been applied. Perhaps this is a race condition removing all of the effects.
