holiday and mirage have reverted t2 talents

holiday t2 powder keg + t2 crackshot both are reverted after being nerfed from 100 to 85 on keg, and 85 to 65 on crackshot.

mirage t2 was reverted from 2.5s back to 4s on t2 djinns mark

may be intentional but not included in patch notes

seven also has 3 regen again instead of 1.5

As of the latest update Seven got his regen nerfed back but not the other characters.

they fixed the holliday talents silently because the developers dont want to admit they accidentally reverted it LOL
