High GPU usage on character screen

Just as title describes. Open heroes list, then select any hero. On that screen my GPU usage jumps to 85-90% and wattage goes from 50 up to 280 with loud fan noise. CPU: 5800 X3D, GPU: RTX 4080, Driver Version: 556.12

my friends have the same issue sometimes, and sometimes it works fine

Same problem, so I decided to limit in-game FPS or in Afterburner before a match.
