Heroic Aura does not give minions fire rate increase.

Doing some testing in the sandbox and the passive 40% fire rate increase in 20m for minions is not working when I am standing right next to them. They are shooting at the same rate as the enemy minions.

Hi,

this is not a bug. You are merely misunderstanding the item description, which reads: "Provides Fire Rate to nearby player minions."
It does work work for those, it just happens that the only player minions currently in the game come from McGinnis Mini Turret ability (as far as I'm aware).

The active portion works for lane creeps though.

I'm sorry. I had assumed that "player minions" meant the teams minions overall. I'm new to moba's and that might have caused my misunderstanding. Thank you for the reply.

I also had this misunderstanding and was going to report until I found this. Perhaps a wording change like "Player summoned Minions" perhaps to clear the confusion
