A hero that has buffed items globally, so say at the end of the match all their items are 2x stronger than normal, however as a trade off, their items also apply backwards to them. So think of it like, when they fire their gun with toxic bullets, as they apply stacks to the enemy, it also applies the stack to themself, if they have ricochet, their bullets also fire backwards and ricochet off them and onto their teammates. If they have tankbuster, when it procs it also procs on themself. If they use an active on an enemy, it also uses it on themself.
The real trick comes from vitality items, allowing them to be potentially a giga-support, where the items are buffed as said before, but also have a double scaling effect, so while gun and spirit items are about 2x as powerful at the end, vitality items can reach upwards of 3.5-4x stronger (or less if that would be more balanced). I'm certain this kind of hero could never be balanced properly anyways and would probably divide the community something nasty, but it was a quick idea I had in my head.
