I got an idea to make a character that can grow in stages during the match, and here’s what I came up with.
Vladimir’s appearance at the start of the match:

Background:
“Vladimir is an unusual vampire. He was born with a defect that shaped his fate and burdened him for life. He is a vampire without fangs, and as everyone knows, vampires must drink blood to avoid aging. So he took a more ‘civilized’ approach: he hunts for the best blood to regain his youth. Patron promised him not just any blood he wants, but the essence of the universe itself… when he summon him.”
This character is very mobile and must constantly manage his resources to stay effective during the match. Here are his skills:
1. Crimson Bullet
2. Rush
3. Ceremonial Puncture
4. Bloody Youth (Ultimate)
4.1 True Vampire (Stage 4 Ability)
About the Reservoir:
The reservoir only fills through the 3rd ability, Ceremonial Puncture. To reach the first stage, you need to use this ability four times. To reach the second stage - six times, and so on (+2 uses for each next stage).
The reservoir will empty if Vladimir’s ultimate is interrupted. He also cannot jump to the next stage if his ultimate is interrupted.
Weapon and Stats:
Vladimir wields a double-barreled pistol with two rounds. Its velocity is similar to Mirage bullets.
Shiv refers to him as “one of the oldest vampires on Earth” and will do everything possible to prevent him from becoming young again. Grey Talon shares the same view.
Grey Talon also says, “Despite your age, you are very flexible and fast.”
