[Hero] The Traveller (A disruptive not so faceless void)

Character name: The Traveller (Emmett Thrawne)

Inspirations:
Time traveller, some of the Loki’s show type look with the trench coat suit, name from flash/back to the Future. All have things to do with time travel.

Obviously, some concepts would need to be balanced more accurately this is just rough suggestions.

Dota2 Inspiration: Faceless Void and Disruptor

Lore:
After spending a lifetime researching how to bend time and use the abilities in several ways, Emmett decided the power was too dangerous in the wrong hands and stopped his advancements. Unfortunately, the invested Paradox organisation didn’t take his resignation lightly and had a priority towards enabling these abilities. His wife soon went missing along with all of his research, and he was banished from the Paradoxs facility.

Wanting to see his wife again, the Traveller began construction of what he had discovered in his basement hoping to go back in time and not only save his research from getting into the wrong hands but seeing his wife again.

Whilst the coordinates of his first travel were off and sent him to the future, it gave him the equipment/weapons he needed for his journey and the information that the paradox problem needed to be stopped a lot further in the past than he thought. He returns to Deadlock’s New York City to set things right.

Weapons:
Time watch bound to a chain and a futuristic laser gun that holds a large clip and shoots at fast velocity.

Abilities:
1. Stopwatch
Traveller throws his stopwatch that attaches to an enemy, doing pulse damage, then returning to him. Pulse damage briefly stuns and does damage per pulse. (3 puises initially).

LVL1: Increased range LVL2: decreased cooldown LVL3: doubles pulses and pulses affect nearby enemies

2. Time stomp
Leaping forward in time, The Traveller jumps as if using a majestic leap, then stomps the ground, dealing a small AOE and stun to anyone caught in the stomp. When used in time, the leap becomes a warp and doesn’t stomp, allowing the traveller to warp through the dome.

LVL1: reduce cooldown LVL2: increase AOE and stun duration LVL3: No cooldown whilst in Time Dome.

3. Backtrack
Traveller throws his stop watch Can be self-cast or on an enemy or ally. Returns the cased player back to the location they were at. Would be good to counter/waste boosts, could be used on self to get out of trouble and/or return to health.
e.g., Mirage Teleport would return him, Magician would go back, normal players would return to where they were 10 seconds ago (e.g fountain or another lane, etc.).

LVL1: reduce cooldown LVL2: changes to small aoe that can affect characters close together LVL3: refreshes abilities if cast on self or ally.

4. Time Dome
Creating a Kelvin-like time dome traps and immobilises allies and enemies caught in the dome. The traveller can move, attack and cast whilst in the dome.
Changes to abilities in the dome: Time stomp becomes a warp, Backtrack restores allies and self-health, but doesn’t change position.

LVL1: Reduce cooldown LVL2: Expand AOE Size LVL3:
