I developed the previously posted idea of a Blind Radio Signal guy slightly:
Hero: The Blind Virtuoso
Possible names:
Once a renowned musician, The Blind Virtuoso lost his sight in a tragic accident. Determined to overcome his disability, he invented a device called the Brailler, a modified chime music box that emits radio signals to map out his surroundings. The rotating barrel of the Brailler communicates the environment's layout to him in real-time using Braille, which he reads with his highly sensitive fingers.

Ultimate Ability - Symphony of Destruction: The Blind Virtuoso channels a massive amount of energy into the Brailler, creating a powerful, sustained sonic wave that damages enemies and shatters the environment in a large area around him.
The Blind Virtuoso's unique abilities and reliance on his invented device would make him a compelling addition to the roster of heroes in Deadlock.

- Resonant Pulse: By attuning the Brailler to a specific frequency, The Blind Virtuoso can emit a targeted pulse of sonic energy that damages and pushes back enemies in a cone-shaped area. This ability can be used to create space between The Virtuoso and his foes or to knock enemies into hazards.
