Hero that fights using a whip

Or Indiana Jones but he kills monsters.

He attacks with a whip and swing with it too.

He feel more like a Wrestler who has rope themed abilities and he revolves around he's bodyslam attack. I'm thinking more someone who is a mid range fighter who fights with a whip primary and can swing on buildings like a grappling hook.

There's a character like that in Predecessor, Yin. Shes really fun, uses the whip like a grappling hook and does some cool acrobatics.
