Hero specific keybinds reset when game is restarted.

Hi devs, I've been having an issue for a while where my hero specific keybinds get reset whenever I restart the game.
For example, if I set these keybinds

and then restart the game, I end up with this.

It's pretty annoying to redo my keybinds after every launch, so I'd appreciate a fix, thanks!
