Hero Sandbox/Training inaccessible

Attempting to start Hero Sandbox or Hero Training results in the same error, making it/both unavailable.

Yes. Someone informed me that this happened to be an issue when you're connected to a VPN, and testing it myself said person is correct. Initially I tried split-tunneling rather than disabling my VPN entirely (I don't want to route deadlock through the vpn traffic to begin with), but I couldn't figure out what app(s) is culprit. Disabling the VPN entirely does work though just to clarify.
