Hero rank change with no matches in-between

Without playing any actual matches (I had only played a few solo bot matches on hard between these screenshots) my Mo hero ranking has gone done. Now I'm questioning whether bot matches change your hidden MMR either on accident or on purpose. These screenshots are only 3 days apart.

Separate thing, none of my hero ranks have received an up arrow in months, and I just have to question how when I'm ranking up all the way to Phantom (edit: nothing to do with recent matchmaking issues, I've been slowly ranking up since September). I have positive win rates on both Mo & Krill and Abrams (Abrams 74/119, Mo 70/118).

There's something seriously wrong with the ranks, I went from Archon VI to Alchemist III after a short break. I understand ranks dropping due to inactivity a bit, but a drop that big is severe and I've barely managed to crawl up to Arcanist V.

I've been ranking up every since I started playing in September. Started as Emissary and slowly went up to my current rank of Phantom. But I've only ever been playing in Archon or below matches with the occasional Oracle+ thrown in (except recently, but that is just because of the player base spike screwing with the matchmaking, so that's a different issue).

so bot matches seem to affect ranking/stats even after the update that fixed it in 2024?
I think my stats (and rank?) are not "true" because of this, I could be just paranoid, but I remember testing this in late 2024 and it would count my +20something kills and the scoreboard and performance from bot matches for matchmaking
I assumed it was no longer like that but that's weird
Maybe it has to do with other players going up and down the "hero ladder"?
