[hero] Nova, the cosmic Witch

Description: a midrange, semi-aerial hybrid hero. She can lean supporty, she can lean nukey, but not really a proper carry. Mild thoughts of Zenyatta. Really Big Hat.

Weapon: Asteroid Belt. Left click shoots one forward. Right click lobs a Big One.

Abilities:
1: Ponder Orb (charged)
- Hucks a crystal ball that grows as it travels. Grounds if connects in the air, shatters into a fading slow and stacking bleed on impact.
2: Comet's Leap
- hides momentarily under her Really Big Hat, becoming montsrily intangible. Leaps upwards for a short duration, taking flight and exploding at apex for some damage around, guideable into being a ground to ground missile.
- passive: slow fall in the air, because of the big hat and cosmic/gravity themes.
3: Twin Moons, two charges, requires line of sight for debuff uptime.
- primary cast: put on an opponent to Doom them, amping all damage taken and reducing incoming healing. Recast to recall and do some damage.
- Alt cast: put on an ally to boost their resists and fire rate.
4: Stellar Birth
- Large radiating heal/scorch, with more intensity the closer you are. Short duration.

Character background: Nova specializes in gravity magics. Known among her sorority for her penchance for tarot and abysmal brewing talents. She seeks forbidden knowledge of deep and ancient magics.

From the US South, moved to NY for her studies / to join a coven/sorority (not an interstellar being, more of an astronomer bend. Constellarions and that jazz)
