UNC (like unconscious. It's still themed and not exclusively a meme)
REM's scummy uncle who's work involves turning dreams into nightmares. Voiced by Danny Devito, ideally.
He has bad helpers that can be put on enemies for some debuff(s).
Instead of Tag Along, he infests an enemy and erupts a nightmare explosion. Charged ability with a cool down per unique target, so he can do it to the whole enemy team once each, but not one person repeatedly.
Instead of a fluffly pillow toss, UNC just... straight up bites people. His 1 is Bightmare: a bite that delivers nightmare energy to the victim, causing them to be rooted in place for a short duration.
For his ultimate, UNC shakes off his feathers, shedding a red nightmare sleep dust circle, quickly growing in diameter over time. Enemies in the dust take more damage from UNC's abilities. If they stay in the dust too long, they fall asleep and take damage when they awaken from their nightmare.
