Hero Idea [Mothman]

Lore: He's the Mothman so you can do a spin up a gangster bug or something, but what i think would be cool would be actual moth monster man. Kind of like monster Man-spider/The Fly/The Thing/Cryptid monster. Ill let valve cook. Additionally if you give him wings like he's depicted let him glide like mina

Gameplay: Mothman would be another tanky bruiser but unlike Mo and Abrams do less damage and have more tanky assertiveness. His ultimate does massive damage with a large cooldown and his Steel Uppercut [2] ability does massive damage as well but only if it lands. Mothman's ultimate being a hard CC and having 2 hard CC in his kit I think means that he should probably not do a lot of damage unless items are built on him otherwise you risk making a tanky damaging bruiser that can almost never die like Victor(unless you want that). That being said because he may have base tankyness he should start low base resistances and gradually work your way up with items and boons. Green items like Return Fire or the new Indomitable are good on Mothman because of his raw tankiness comboing with those items aswell as his abilities. But i could see a way that a Gun Mothman would work by buying Splitshot to make you make your spalsh on your base weapon go wide. Or buying something like Berserker and Blood Tribute while you have low hp but take very little damage (like Gun Ghiest) because of Mothmans massive Bullet Resist and Spirit Resist boons and Metal Carapace [3] ability. Mothman is not very mobile his Steel Uppercut [2] can be as slow or fast as you like but probably not a great way to move around the map. Additionally his Metal Carapace [3] gives him passive resistances but items like Silence Wave or Knockdown counter him, by silencing him he not able to cast spells like Victor and when he is in the air with his ultimate he also is stunnable like other heroes in the game. My main inspiration for this hero is bristleback/rammus together. I love both of those heroes and also the enemy (Huge Locust) from METAL SLUG 3 that has a brutal animation if you don't shoot them in time and insta-kill you in Level 1. Sorry I'm ranting here i just wanted to give the vibes of the Hero!

Weapon: The Mothman fires small laser from its antennas that do small splash on hit. The gun ammo should be low because of the small splash maybe making to op? You could also go claws like Drifter...but i think that would be more like a drifter only thing. This is something that needs more work but i think you guys can think of something really cool.

--Abilities--
[1] Flashing Headlights: The Mothman flashes his giant red eyes and begins to cast a small in front of him. Enemies looking at Mothman after the the spell finishes casting are temporally taunted and move toward the Mothman while shooting they can not perform any actions until the taunt wears off. If a enemy looks away before the ability finish casting and gets hit with the cone the are only slightly slowed. The ablity sould have a cast similar to rem ult and should only really be used to combo with the next ability.

[2] Steel Uppercut: The mothman smashes the ground with his metal claw dragging any enemies forward. Holding the button keeps the Mothman moving forward for a short time until you let go. Letting the button go (or when time is up) knocks enemies up doing massive damage and forcers them to face mothman. Combining this with your 1st abilty is your bread and butter and shooting at you combos with your next ability (also buying Return Fire).

[3] Metal Carapace: Passively gives Debuff resist and slight Bullet Resist and Spirit Resist. While activated gives Mothman a thorns effect that redirects most damage taken back to the attacker you also gain Bullet Resist and Spirit Resist making him super tanky. Additionally he takes less damage from the sides and the front. This ability can be cast while using your 1,2 abilities and your Ultimate. Stacking this with items like Return Fire or Blood Tribute sound pretty cool.

[4] RIP AND TEAR: The Mothman lunges forward and begins to hard cc and do massive damage to the hero that they pick up in doing so you are wide open but are able to use your abilities and items.(might have to tweak stuff like counterspell). Alternatively you may cast on self, Mothman then flies up into the air and aims like Abrams and swiftly picks up a hero and flies back up again and begins to rip and tear and do massive damage and hard CC a hero. While holding a hero you may cast your 1,3 Abilities. You may also cast Flashing Headlights[1] while in the air before pickup to slow or taunt Heroes for easier pick up. His ultimate does massive damage with a large cooldown lowered with items and Ability Points.
