Backstory: the movie Nosferatu (about the vampire Count Orlok) was filmed using a real vampire, and it turns out that the actor in question is just as evil as the character he played. The success of Nosferatu threw the vampire into silent movie stardom, and the film industry happily looked the other way when the actor went out at night to feed on the blood of the innocent. Then, over time, sound films became cheaper to make and proved far more popular than their silent counterparts. The vampire's career, along with that of most of his peers, ended over night. Now, stuck in a foreign land, with no one willing to cover for his predatory habits anymore, the vampire has come to the patrons for help.

Visual: He looks exactly like count orlok but with a modified Greasegun in one hand and a Parasol in the other. the parasol is always over his head, keeping him in the shade. He walks perfectly upright at all times, giving him an eerie gait. He is particularly tall.

Gameplay: spirit focused ganker and ratter who has a squad of actual rats he can deploy. decent sustain.

Gun: Murder Night Special
-a modified greasegun meant to be wielded in one hand. Has a fairly fast fire rate but low damage.

Ability 1: Mistform
-Covers the surrounding area with a thick, obscuring fog for a short time. While Nosferatu is inside the area of the fog, he is invisible and cannot be effected by spells or attacks. However, he is also unable to attack or use his abilities, though he can still move around. The fog is stationary and will vanish if Nosferatu leaves it's area of effect. Nosferatu's rats (see ability 3) can still be commanded even when the Nosferatu is inside the fog. this ability can be canceled prematurely.

Ability 2: Black Venom
-Nosferatu spits on his enemies from afar, infecting them with a terrible plague debuff. The infected target is slowed slightly, and all ranged and melee attacks against the infected target deal extra spirit damage and reduces the target's stamina, preventing them from dashing away. NPCs (like your rats) also trigger the effects of the debuff by attacking the infected target. Abilities do not trigger the debuff's effects. Fully upgrading this ability causes any attacks against the infected target to heal Nosferatu as well.

Ability 3: Swarmlings
-Upgrading this ability causes rat minions to spawn passively over time up to a max limit. The rats can be commanded to attacking specific targets by pressing 3 while aiming at the target, or they can be commanded to attack multiple targets in an area by holding 3 down. If idle, they'll instead hang close to Nosferatu and only attack enemies who come near him. Rats deal melee spirit damage which scales with spirit items. Their health scales with vitality items. They will not move a certain distance away from Nosferatu and will return to him if a target manages to run far enough away. If Nosferatu dies while his rats are still alive, the rats will panic and flee back to the friendly base (they will use the zipline to do so). While riding the zipline with Nosferatu, the rats will cling to his clothes like a bunch of baby opossums. Fully upgrading this ability turns the rats into flying bats.

Ultimate Ability: Graveyard March
-Nosferatu and his rats gain a burst of speed and also leave behind a trail of enchanted grave soil which reapplies the speed buff to themselves and any teammates who walk on it. The soil lasts for a while. Upgrading it causes the soil to also increase the health regeneration of Nosferatu and his allies.

Interesting kit but it kinda feels that there's not much in there that fits the vampire archetype, apart from maybe the mist form. I'd say some kind of rat demon or rat commanding occultist would fit this kit better.

Actually, one of draculas powers in the book is control of vermin, and the Count Orlok version of the character is supposed to resemble a rat. Vampires in folklore were associated with disease. That sort of the original idea of this guys kit.
