The fire is blue, so it is a spirit fire, that does not cause afterburn.
Gun: Flamethrower, Kelvin's gun, but very slow, very short range, AOE, projectile does not get destroyed on impact. Alt fire - Yamato's alt fire gun, but more time between shots, no falloff.
Ability 1: Bouncing rocket
Fire a rocket that bounces once if it collides with the wall. The rocket targets to the closest enemy hero after the bounce. Explodes and deals 100 + 0.9 damage if it impacts the enemy. Charge based (1 charge at start). [Projectile speed is exactly as Sinclair's bolt]
1. +1 charge
2. +1 bounce (if it doesn't impact enemy after its first bounce, it bounces again)
3. Reveal enemies on hit
Ability 2: Fire escape
Launch into the sky, pushing away your enemies. [Height approximately as 3x jump].
This is basically the main ability, I would suggest it alone, but I think it is more fun with whole kit.
Ability 3: Explosive reaction
Passive: Each time your bullet hits an enemy hero, gain a stack. Each stack increases your attack speed by 1%. Each bullet can proc an active on a hit hero, with a chance of amount_of_stacks % [So it is guaranteed to proc on 100 stacks, it won't proc on 0 stacks].
Active: Launch a fireball in front, dealing 1 + 0.015 damage per stack. Set stacks to 0. Cannot be used if less than 20 stacks. [1s cd, just like Mirage's passive]
[This is basically Troll Warlord's passive but with explosive development]
1. 20 bonus damage it at least at 20 stacks
2. +1% attack speed per stack
3. Does not proc active if less than 20 stacks
Ability 4: Call down [120s cd]
Channel for 2 seconds, create a mine in places all enemies within line of sight. In 2 seconds, mines explode, dealing 300 + 0.9 damage.
