[Hero(es)] Gremeo and Gremiet. Heroes played together.

The idea is that if you queue Gremeo, you can only get in a game as Gremeo if someone else is queueing Gremiet that you can pair with. Every game that has one will have the other. They are paired together in lane by default but it isn't necessary for them to keep that. They have abilities that interact with each other and would be a super fun duo setup.

Notes: gremeo's 1 Melee damage scales 1 with melee damage.

The maximum charges on Gremeo and Gremiet's ults scale 0.6 with boons, giving them 30 max charges at max level.
