Loosely based on Xolotl

Name:
Xolo or Seeker, i honestly dont have any good ideas for that so put any ideas in the comment
Weapon: Maybe some syphon weapon like Graves?
Melee: Obsidian dagger

Background/motive: is a secret practitioner of the old ways, his mind and appearance has warped him, either trying to bring back an old god or to free his soul from being bound.
the patrons and to an extent Doorman taunt the hero with stating that his god is long dead and is just a broken fool chasing his own tail. something like that idk.

Looks wise: maybe some mix of Mesoamerican / mystic / occult vibe, with some cursed apple appropriate feel.

Abilities

1: Fire Dash:
Dash forward while casting a ring of fire around the player (24dmg, 2.5m radius, 6m dash range, 40s cooldown) [Ability will consume 1 offering and boost radius of Fire Dash]
1: -14s cooldown
2: +2 charges
5: +6m dash range and +10dmg

2: Call Lightning: Aim and call down a lightning strike (20dmg, 4m radius, 5m range, 50s cooldown)
[Ability will consume 1 offering and boost range of Call Lightning]
1: apply knockup 0.75s duration
2: + 1 charge
5: Call +2 additional lightning bolts that strike next too and slightly after the first one

3: Offering: Use on self or ally. (1 Stack = +1 hps, -2s global ability cooldown and infinite ammo for 2 sec)
Deal dmg to gain a stack, Heavy melee will grant you 1 stack, getting a kill will grant you 2 stacks, Melee kill will give you 4 stacks. (Max 5 base stacks)
1: +1 hps
2: +5 stacks
5: When Max Offering stacks you gain "A dead god's boon" and triple your stacks on activation

4: Salamander: Turn into a small salamander, gain 80% max move speed speed but -40% healing. (can get in vents without crouching, end ability early with LMB) 4s duration
1: on activation apply -25% gun accuracy in a 1.5m radius around the player (2s debuff duration)
2: + 4s duration
5: at end of duration explode back to human and gain 1 stack of offering for each enemy hit (3m radius,)


I will admit, this one was a bit more "wordy". Hopefully most of the info makes sense, leave a comment and have a good one.
