creechur.jpgOriginally a creature of The Deep, it dodged mad scientists and judgy beachgoers long enough to end up as part of a mob crew. Now, The Mobster from the Black Lagoon has arrived in New York on behalf of his organization - and he's going to make sure his opponents are sleeping with the fishes.

2-3 stamina, more than average health growth, heavy gravity. The Mobster is a front-liner who specializes in lengthy engagements.

Gun: "Cement Shoe": A machine gun similar in make to the BAR M1918; high individual bullet damage and relatively fast fire rate, but much smaller ammo capacity than average.

1: Point target. The Mobster sprays water out of his mouth, soaking heroes caught in the spout and creating a puddle on the ground which will Soak enemies that step in it. Deals low spirit damage in repeated succession over the cast time.

Soaked enemies have reduced spirit power and bullet damage for several seconds.
At T (1, 2 or 3), Soak applies a positive buff to allied heroes, reducing debuff time. (This means that it puts out Infernus fires, in a roundabout way.)

2: Point target, charge based. The Mobster sprays water across the ground then slips forward on it, effectively an accelerated slide with not much turn radius. This water could potentially also apply Soak as the 1 does, but is not aimable in the same manner.

Spraying then sliding at a wall will cause The Mobster to slip up the wall, rocketing up to a height proportionate to the remaining horizontal distance.

At T1, any enemies in the path will be shoved aside for medium spirit damage.

3: Point target. The Mobster removes a rock from the floor and tosses it forward in a fast, low arc. If it hits an enemy, the enemy is stunned for a very short duration and takes low bullet damage. If it was a headshot, the stun duration and damage is increased.

4: Self Cast. The Mobster whistles, and a 40s style car pulls up that he jumps into the driver's seat of. The Mobster gains control of the car, with slow turning, fast acceleration and max speed, as well as reverse. Nearby enemy heroes are shot at by fishmen who lean out the windows for constant low-medium bullet damage. The car has health scalar to The Mobster's, and if an enemy hero is run over they take heavy spirit damage and lose a stamina. If the car's HP is depleted or the time runs out (or the ability is point cast), The Mobster jumps out of the car as it careens toward a targeted point, then explodes.

At T (2/3), The Mobster can now use his 2 while driving, creating a path that the car drives over in a manner similar to his slide; if he sprays up or along a wall, the car drives along the wall.
