Overview:Screenshot 2026-03-27 194111.png

A hybrid between a support and a juggernaut he's slow, and his attacks often take a bit to come out but he hits hard and can take a hit, his weakness is approaching people, but his best role is around his teammates acting as a warden

Lore: An average Joe working in a dead end job, undervalued and overworked. As though things couldn't have gotten worse, one particularly delivery's mauling was particularly brutal, however. It left him with a curse that's eating away at his humanity.

Weapon: Special Delivery
-A Makeshift shotgun, large and bulky with a slower rate of fire compared to others, and has a shorter range, but deals more damage.
-Reload animation is him loading his milk jugs into his shotgun
-Reloads one jar at a time

Appearance:
Top-heavy with two large arms that're covered in fox fur. Humanish face with slightly fur eyes, almost always has tired eyes, and generally looks a bit messy. The same height as Abrams/Victor but wider in his upper body. Brown hair, slightly pale skin, yellow fur on arms. Arms are what dominate his silhouette

During ultimate his form turns to a werefox with yellow fur red eyes and a evil snout and fangs

Doorman: "Ah, the milk man, pleasure to meet you."
Milk Man: "...Pleasure to meet you too, Doorman."

Doorman: "Why if it isn't the delivery man. I'm afraid the Baroness is no longer in need of your services."
Milk Man: "Great... Boss isn't gonna be pleased about this. All this new tech is driving me out of work."
Doorman: "Well, it's the inevitability of life. Either adapt or you can be forgotten in an alleyway."
Milk Man: "Excuse me?"
Doorman: "Apologies, let's just start with the violence."

Mina: Mina: "A milk man? A milk man?! That's what I'm working with?"
Milk Man: "..."
Mina: "What are you gonna do, serve them some milk as I do all the work?"
Milk Man: "..."
Mina: "Do you have nothing to say, or are you and your stupid large self gonna be deadweight?"
Milk Man: "Sorry, I don't talk with children."

Seven: Seven: "So, who are you?"
Milk Man: "I don't want anything to do with you."Seven: "Why the hostility?"
Milk Man: "My friend was one of the people you killed."

Milk Man: "We'll see."

Wraith: Wraith: "You look tired friend, like someone who needs a little fun in their life!"
Milk Man: "I guess?"
Wraith: "Great! Great, we already have a connection. How about after this we take a trip to my place? We've got games, drinks, everything."
Milk Man: "Sounds nice. I think I have time to go after this without my boss blowing a gasket."
Wraith: "Now, let's talk about payments, its—"
Milk Man: "Oh, I'm dead broke. I was hoping this was free."
Wraith: "Forget I said anything."

Silver: Milk Man: "You smell like raw meat, blood, and alcohol. Do you take baths?"

Milk Man: "Oh, i-"
Silver: "Yeah; don't talk shit while you smell like shit too."

McGinnis: McGinnis: "So, where'd you get that gun from?"
Milk Man: "Made it myself."
McGinnis: "So... you got any experience in gunsmithing?"
Milk Man: "No, I kinda just sawed off someone's pipes, slapped on some nails and bolts, and added some stuff."
McGinnis: "Cool, so that thing's a hair's breadth away from blowing up in your face."
Milk Man: "Yep, that sums it up."
McGinnis: "How about you swing by my shop later? See if we can turn that into a real firearm."

Rem: Rem: "Can I have some of your milk?"
Milk Man: "You gonna pay for it?"
Rem: "Yeah."
Milk Man: "Is it with money?"
Rem: "No."
Milk Man: "Look, I can't just give milk to people for free, my boss will literally kill me."
Rem: "Awww..."
Milk Man: "...Okay, fine, you can have some. I'll write it off as some lizard mugged me for it or something."
Rem: "Yay!"

Rem: "I wanna be more like you when I grow up!"
Milk Man: "Can you even grow... actually, don't be like me kid. I'm in a dead-end job and have made terrible life choices."
Rem: "But you seem nice and strong. Why wouldn't I wanna be like you?"
Milk Man: "...Thanks for that."

Abrams:
Milk Man: "Okay, so you wanna go about this methodically, or do you wanna charge in so I can charge in and we punch them to death?"
Abrams: "The latter, unless you got an idea on how we go about this methodically."
Milk Man: "Uhhh... yeah, let's just punch people."

Milk man: "Please stop talking."
Billy: "Im speaking the truth, your boss probably wouldn't care if you died here and your fighting just to go back and work for him?"
Milk man: "I need SOME sort of income."
Billy: "That's what you and all these other fools keep saying, it-"
Milk man; "No offense but if you speak another word im gonna cave your face in."

Drifter:
Drifter: "You seem like you're holding yourself back."
Milk Man: "Because I am."
Drifter: "Don't. Just enjoy yourself and stop worrying about morality... You're more than just a man now."
Milk Man: "I don't want a pep talk from you."
Drifter: "Take my advice: the world's gonna chew you up, spit you out, and forget about you in a ditch. So, why not chew it up first? Make them remember yeh."
Milk Man: "Is... this why you're like this?"
Drifter: "...The ritual's starting."

Vyper: Vyper: "So... how much?"
Milk Man: "What, you want milk?"
Vyper: "No, I mean... the good stuff, you know."
Milk Man: "What?"
Vyper: "Buddy, you're carrying a tray of drinks on a battlefield. You have to have SOMETHING good on you."
Milk Man: "This is just a tray of milk!"
Vyper: "Damn. You know what? You're boring."

Bebop:
Bebop: "Any chance I can get some milk? Miss Shelly can probably use the extra strength."
Milk Man: "You can have it on the house."
Bebop: "Why, that's right kind of you! It won't cause you any trouble, will it?"
Milk Man: "Oh, don't worry about me. Just make sure Miss Shelly gets better."
Bebop: "Oh, she will once we win this."

Milk Man is very cool idea - but initially I thought his Claw is like a Crab Claw or something like that

Actually just thinking as he is the Milk Man next thought is that he becomes a Were-Cow or Were-Bull something, running at the enemies like a bull at corrida

Thanks!

Thanks! though, my idea of him is tied more to being some sort of were-fox/wendigo/werewolf maybe notably for his 3's passive bleed effect, i cant imagine a bull, or a cow applying a bleed... Though, yeah i admit its a bit weird he is the milk man but most of his kit is him being a were-creature

Milk Man really is like a fusion of Abrams, Silver, Mad Milk playstyle from TF2, Billy, with a personality of Victor, Silver, Dynamo and Abrams.

Oh my fucking god this is amazing. Everything about this character. It is amazing. Support heal and melee AND juggernaut???

But in terms of animals, hmmm. How about a pig and bull fusion? Pigs can scratch you. Were-Pigbull.

Good lord. A scary beast, but luckily a very resourceful and chippy Were-pigbull, who's heart is alligned in the right place. I guess there is an aspect of Doorman with him, in terms of serving others. And I guess McGinnis in terms of doing things for their job. Bless his heart.
