Howdy, first hero concept here that I've been quite anxious to share. Full disclosure, not quite as versed with the smaller balancing details, but if there is interest for the character then I might expand upon his kit and character

A portion of damage Taylor receives is stored as Outburst. This stored damage scales with Spirit Power. Stored damage decays over time, losing recent accumulation if not used.
(Outburst is accumulated via Hero Damage.)
Active:
Taylor releases all stored Outburst in a small AOE explosion, dealing damage based on the amount stored.
(Can be alt casted to allies, regeneration rate and healing is accumulated and shared across all heroes)

Abilities:
1: Loose Roll (1 Charge)
Taylor will launch a thread roll in the direction he's facing. It will launch 10m, and slowly travels forward over its lifetime. If the roll hits a surface while active, it will cancel. Taylor's movement and panning is slowed while the ability is active.
2: Buttoned-Up
Passive:A portion of damage Taylor receives is stored as Outburst. This stored damage scales with Spirit Power. Stored damage decays over time, losing recent accumulation if not used.

3: Seam Line
Taylor creates a temporary zipline in the direction he's facing, throwing a pair of scissors to draw the line. If the scissors hit a wall, the line stops at the wall. If the scissors hit an enemy, they will apply a small burst of spirit damage, and the zipline is cancelled.
4: Binding Tether
Taylor will shoot out a large projectile that, on hit, will bounce towards the next closest target. Enemy targets are tethered, and share negative effects and damage applied by your allies(Can be alt casted to allies, regeneration rate and healing is accumulated and shared across all heroes)
