This is another refinement of a character from my own MOBA project. I designed him because I liked Dota's Earth Spirit concept, but I didn't understand how to play him. Funny enough, I mastered Earth Spirit a couple of months after and he became my favorite hero.
Lore: [in progress] Celtic, druid, looks like heavily tattoed monk
Uses "Aftershock" mechanic: the ability you cast modifies your next ability. Makes you think ahead for your kit. Think of it as inborn Arcane Surge.
Has funny interactions with Echo Shard and Refresher.
Gun: Fires 3 projectiles in a triangle shape (Overwatch Echo)
Ability 1:
Toss Rock [23s CD] [3m radius]
Throws a rock that bounces off walls and enemies and deals 70 + 0.9 damage around itself every time it bounces.
[A very heavy ball from the Hideout. Bounces off walls, but sticks to horizontal surfaces.]
On next ability cast (Afteshock): Deal 40 + 1 damage to affected enemies.
T1: -5s CD
T2: +2m radius
T3: -50% gravity (or weight) for the rock
Ability 2:
Magnetizing Ring [41s CD] [4m radius]
Pull enemies and yourself down, creating a ring of stones around you. Enemies within a ring cannot use movement abilities.
[Kelvin's Dome, but very small and people can run out of it]
[Stones can be mantled]
On next ability cast (Afteshock): Create a 4m Dust Storm around the first affected enemy. The Dust storm lasts 3 + 0.01 seconds and with 30% deletes passing enemy projectiles.

T1: 30% slow to enemies within the Ring
T2: -20% bullet resist to enemies within the Ring
T3: Reflect 10% of the damage you take to enemies within the Ring
T3 alt: Silences enemies within the Ring
Ability 3:
Gravity Influx [32s CD] [3m radius]
Create a small sphere beneath you. After 0.5 seconds it pushes you and enemies around it away. Enemies take 60 + 0.5 damage.
[Creates a small visible sphere, that casts Viscous' Puddle Punch from the Sphere location to every enemy hero and yourself, providing acceleration]
Hold 3 after cast to timeslow your movement.
On next ability cast (Afteshock): Reload your gun, and gain 1 + 0.1 temporary ammo.
T1: +30 damage
T2: Gain 300 shield on cast
T3: Become charged
Ability 4:
On next ability cast (Afteshock): Stun for 1 second affected enemies.
Ability 4.a <- Favorite
Breakthrough [140s] [6m radius on explosions at holes]
Punch a hole in a wall, creating a passable tunnel between walls. Deals 100 + 2 damage on both ends to enemies.
[A way to implement this: Make a big tunnel asset outside of main map (like The Baroness for Doorman's Ult). Create a portal on the place of cast that leads to tunnel, and another portal that leads out of the tunnel to the direction.]
T1: -30s CD
T2: Reveals all enemies for 5 seconds within 20m around the explosions
T3: Gain unstoppable inside the Tunnel

For the next 5 seconds, knock up enemies 10m around you every 1 second, dealing damage.

Dota's Io's Spirits. The ring adjusts its angle to hit the enemy in front of you.
