He is a robot similar to Dynamo or Bebop. His ult turns his body into a rocket that launches at a target location or perhaps selects a hero. It does massive damage but he dies after ulting in the explosion because he BECOMES the rocket. Not sure what his other abilities would be. Maybe rocket shoes as a movement ability.
