Its a whole news crew as a character.
the main character is the reporter. weapon would be feedback sound waves shot out of the microphone in their hand
Ability 1 - the camera man setting up in an area and working like a ward.
Ability 2 - an aoe blast/knock up from a the mic
Ability 3 - sending the news van forward to crash and explode on imact with a wall
Ability 4 - Summon a meteorologist in a news copter over an area to rain down meteors from above.
