Hero Concept: Molly Whop

My idea for a hero concept. A different utility style character. Never made a character before so there is a lack of numbers for the abilities but just a concept.

Molly Whop:

A female engineer/inventor who loves to chew her gum and practice her baseball swings while she thinks about how to make her inventions work. Growing up inventing and creating Molly was always told her inventions were a waste of time. Pushed to prove them all wrong Molly was given a grand opportunity from the patrons to prove herself as a skilled engineer and inventor. Watch as she puts her designs to use to eliminate opponents in her way and protect those around her.

Weapon: Nailgun/Air Jackhammer (see Ability 1)
Nailgun = 55 round magazine. Fast fire rate low damage. Mid range gun.
Air Jackhammer = 2.5 second cooldown between shots. Melee range. High damage like a melee hit

1 - Nail Gun/ Air Jackhammer: Press to alternate weapons. Goes on a 5 second cooldown.
T1 - 1.25 second reduced cooldown
T2 - Damage increase on jackhammer. Reload speed on nail gun
T3 - Bleed stacks uncapped. Jackhammer applies a .2 second disarm when hit

2: Slick Track - Leaves a trail of goopy oil behind you as you move. Movement speed slow on the opponents that walk into it. Duration of the ability is 5 seconds. Last 3 seconds on the ground after it is left there.
T1 - Duration of ability increased by 2 seconds. Slow increased
T2 - Adds tacks that apply a bleed to enemies that step on it
T3 - Gives you movement speed and Increased heal Regen for the duration

3: Scrap Pack - cycles through 3 options on skill use. Small place able heal, spirit shield/bullet shield, or movement speed pick up. (place able would look the souls that come out of boxes. Colored based on the the type of drop it is) When pressed it cycles through the options every 1.5 seconds. 20 second cool down
T1 - Reduces cooldown by 8 seconds
T2 - Increases amounts of each stat gained from it
T3 - Can have 2 charges

4: Whoppin - Swing a large bat off your back in a cone. Enemies hit in the front tip of cone are knocked back into a wall and if they hit a wall are stunned. The sides of the cones apply fire rate reduced by 25% and do not knock back enemies. Those in the whiff area of the swing have their movement slowed(two smaller areas on the edges of the cone where the bat would miss a its hit)
T1 - Cooldown reduction
T2 -Whiff zone increased and slow increased
T3 - Adds a nuclear spot (smaller zone at the tip) then when hit deals much more damage to the character hit and has more knockback
