Lucian Black is an ancient vampire, recently awoken from Torpor. While he has adapted to the standards of society, his original roots come from a more medieval time period, and his methodology is brutal and Machiavellian.
He is a tall and slender figure, with flowing white hair, and gleaming red eyes. He wears a long, flowing coat that is open in the front, a white tunic that is slightly open at the top, tight fitting pants and cavalry boots. A short cloak is draped about his shoulders. Lucian holds himself as arrogant and superior to those around him, having an ego to rival The Lash. Yet beneath that facade is a sadistic tyrant, looking to claim the world for himself and all vampires that pledge their fealty to "The Black Prince". His wish from the Patrons is for the strength to dominate and carve out his own slice of the world, but... he won't just stop at one slice, the first one is just the appetizer for the main course...
Now i have two ranged weapon ideas for Lucian, but a primary part of his kit is a Bastard Sword that he wields one handed, draped over his shoulders so he can use his other hand to use his ranged weapon.
Two different ideas for ranged weapons.
1. Eight cylinder revolver, simple, punchy, to the point.
2. Keeping with an ancient vampire motif, Lucian uses the claws on his hand to strike at ranged, similar to drifter. His motions with his hand are rather dismissive, making a slapping gesture, before a backhand gesture to launch volleys of crimson at his enemies.
I don't really know what his kit might look like, but I did have an idea for an ultimate.
"Blade/Tears of the Sovereign" - Crimson swords (Or Blood) Begin to rain down from the sky in a 14m horizontal line, going forward, covering a distance of 30m, starting near Lucian and gradually covering that 30m distance within 2-3 seconds. Its basically a wave attack that would allow Lucian and his team to push in behind the rain of blood/swords.
