Justicia, Chief prosecutor (Former goddess of justice)
<Overview>
Justicia is a hero excels in many-on-one situation, quickly hinders and disables an unfortunate foe with 1-Spear of Justice and 2-Objection! Also she gets a passive aura 3-Juries' Aura which heals allies as dealing damage to enemies. Finally, Justicia can turn the tide of the battle with 4-Sworn Testimony, delaying damage and gives massive heal as how target ally preforms well.

1 - Spear of justice
Active. Justicia throws powerful spear to her facing direction. The first hero got hit are latched with spear, and strafing become greatly hindered. Spear breaks when duration is expired, or the victim moves front or backward for set distance.

2 - Objection!
Active. Justicia hexes target enemy hero, dealing damage at the end of the duration. Hex deals more damage as target hero shoots longer.

3 - Juries' Aura
Passive Aura. Each time an enemy hero lost set amount of HP, Heals all ally heroes near Justicia.

<Heal Radius : 25m>
<Cooldown per enemy hero : 5s>
_+1:_ Cooldown per enemy hero -3s
_+2:_ Heal radius +10m, Hp heal +20
_+5:_ Also grants stacking +10% Weapon damage buff for 6s, Up to 6. (Each stack has independant duration)
4 - Sworn Testimony
Active. Delays target ally hero's ALL health restoration and incoming damage until the ability duration ends. Target also receives Bullet and Spirit Lifesteal during Sworn Testimony.
* Note - Delayed damage are accumulated with target's bullet/spirit resistance, but expire damage CANNOT be reduced or negated by any means(barrier, invulnerability), and fatal damage ignores Cheat Death. (Same as False Promise[Ultimate ability of Oracle from DOTA])
