Jack
High-Speed | Knockback | Slapstick

A Fate's Tale:
Little is known about Jack Warner. Just a foolhardy wildcard of a lackey, with a long resume that would be all over the place, if he has one. His last job was finished, and he found himself wandering once again, for the next thing to do, for the next master to serve. Loyal only to getting paid, he never really cared where he ended up.

Jackalopes like him are rarely welcome in offices, but the dark corners of the city are as full of opportunities as he is full of surprises. It didn't take long for him to be hired to assist in the summoning, perhaps by one of the patrons, perhaps by one of the ritualists, perhaps by one of their associates.

He’s been paid to kill, protect, and die for so much less, anyway.

Playstyle:
- Arena FPS movement and gunplay (Quake, Blood)
- Crowd Control Roamer
- Maximum griefing potential
- Full of retro FPS and old cartoon (Warner Bros, Hanna-Barbera, Fleischer, Tex Avery, MGM, Universal) references in voice lines and interactions

Stats:
- Smallest hero of the roster (rivaling Krill's size)
- Lowest base HP, regen, and light / heavy melee damage of the roster
- Highest base weapon damage, move speed, and sprint speed of the roster
- Hard to hit with weapons and skillshot abilities, but especially weak to Area of Effect and Lock-On abilities

Spirit Power Impact:
- Move speed
- Sprint Speed
- Quad Blast knockback strength
- T.N.T damage and knockback strength
- Ultra Violence duration

Weapon: The New Blood
- Quad-barrel 4-gauge shotgun
- Spreadshot
- Close Range
- Low magazine size
- Fast Reload
- Highest pellet count
- Shortest damage falloff range

Abilities

Quad Blast
- Press Alt Fire to fire all four barrels at once and empty your magazine, knocking both you and your target back. The ammo left in the magazine multiplies the pellet count / damage of the shot.
- Indicates readiness with particle effects on the barrel
- Tier 1: Shorter cooldown
- Tier 2: Stronger knockback
- Tier 3: Ammo left in the magazine also multiplies knockback strength
- Can be used for blast jumping
- Shot spread scales off Ability Range

T.N.T - Throw a bundle of dynamite that explodes on impact and knocks its targets away from the blast radius.
- Select and throw with arc indicator
- Hold and release to charge throwing distance and knockback strength (per second multiplier)
- 3 seconds max charge time
- Can backfire and explode on your hand if charged for 1 second beyond max, knocking both you and nearby allies back with quadruple strength (Can be improvised for kamikaze-style attacks, also quadruples knockback to enemies caught in the blast)
- Tier 1:
Shorter cooldown
- Tier 2: Stronger knockback
- Tier 3: Better spirit scaling for spirit damage
- Can also be used for blast jumping.

Rabbit's Foot - Enables auto-jump (allows you to bunnyhop) and gives you twitchier strafing.
- Passive
- Auto-selected (like Vyper)
- Tier 1: Extra stamina bars
- Tier 2: Even faster base move speed and sprint speed | Uncaps wall and air Jumps
- Tier 3: Uncaps and fully preserves momentum while auto-jumping (even if you hit a wall) | bounce off walls while sliding (Makes pinball dings whenever it occurs)

Ultra Violence - Gives instant cooldown for Quad Blast and Dynamite Bundle for a duration.
- Tier 1: Shorter cooldown and longer duration
- Tier 2: Quadruples knockback strength
- Tier 3: Instant Reload Time

Misc

- Unique enemy hero comments (Frustration about him being too small and twitchy to hit, excitement upon landing skillshot abilities on him)
- Unique sound effects upon being hit by enemy hero abilities (Would squeak like a rubber toy if caught by a Bebop hook)
- Grunts whenever he jumps like the Ranger in Quake

Note:
His design's finally done.
Next stop is working on his info, and I made some minor tweaks, but I'm still deciding whether or not to make stylized slides that further explain his playstyle, and how many uses his knockback has. Either way, I'm finally happy with this design!

As you noticed, this leans more into his cartoon vibes over retro FPS, but don't worry, it's still very much there.

so is he a cartoon character that was brought to life or are cartoons based around him?
Also it'd be fun as hell to annoy people as a Krill-sized hero but they would complain immediately
